bullying demand notice letter to issue to schools

I recently have been dealing with my son getting bullied over a 2 year period and got fed up with it after doing some research into their wellbeing process I issued this letter sending a copy to the EDU for Vic. This had good results so I thought I would share for all you to use I hope this helps you. I have also Attached a Txt document

Re: The bullying and or sexual harassment of (sons Name) while under your care

To (Principles Name,

This letter is to immediately request that my son/daughter, (your child's name) be afforded all the protections under state and federal law to protect him/ Her Â from physical harassment, discrimination, and verbal abuse. It is my understanding that he has a right to learn in a safe and harm-free educational environment. Please refer Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 part 2 /10 & 17

It is also my understanding that school personnel have a duty to facilitate his protection and fully investigate all allegations of discrimination he and others report. I am now requesting that you protect my child from the various forms of physical and verbal abuse he has suffered at your school.

I am requesting that this protection begin immediately. Please place a copy of this letter in my child's educational records. I will assume you are taking the appropriate action from this date forward. If I am incorrect, I request you immediately notify me at the following address:

I also demand the immediate suspension of (Name o bully) over the matter of sexual harassment and constant verbal and physical abuse over a 2 year period. The school have failed under their duty of care for (Your Childs name) and in return have breached my sonâ€™s rights to be safe & secure in his learning environment.

I now put you on notice if this bullying does not cease within reason I will seek legal action against the school and The Education Department of (State).
