Bendigo weight loss challenge

Join in on this forum and give some advice we can support one another and lose weight together

I am going on a diet and going to try to lose weight to be healthier and be able to see my grandkids.
As you all know I have 5 beautiful kids. Â But sadly since working in an office and stop playing sport I have packed the weight on.

I have decided to publicly make a stand and embarrass myself into keeping to a diet and to be a dad that my kids wonâ€™t be ashamed to take to sports days.
I weigh 121Kls and want to get down to around 90Kls. Â lol I could call this the Biggest loser Bendigo Challenge.

Feel free to give advice and join Â and Â lose some weight with me.

My plan is to use the treadmill for 30 mints a day and start eating 3 meals a day instead of just 2. This I believe to be a start. Â

I have lost a whole one kilo I am determent to continue without cheating ie Reductal LOL
Has anyone one else got tips?
I have heard folic acid can help as a natural supplement any ideas?
