kangaroo flat gearing up for the Christmas onslaught , just want to remind people to put orders in as they get looked after first . this week we place all our prawn orders so suppliers can organise our fresh prawn supplies, also oysters are getting booked ,we open all our own oysters here, keeps them nice and fresh, on wed this week i travel to Portland to get cray fish live, we will keep them alive until they we cook them, these will be the freshest cray in central vic so put orders in or you will miss out,
