15 cars to handed over to red cross on behalf of bendigo fire victims
Bendigo Saturday 7 march 15 cars will be handed over to red cross bendigo at KLFM for the fire victims
there are some Standout businesses involved in this Bursons Auto parts, Beeps Auto Parts car part recyclers Bonds and R&J Batterys Borough tyers and Beaurepaires all went well above their budgets they set out for this venture, if the boys needed it it was there they never at any stage said no

I personally Can't thank any of these Businesses enough Bursons Auto parts, car part recyclers and beeps is still supplying parts for the last three cars as a business they should have pulled out three days ago because none of us could expect any company to open their hearts and wallets as much as these three companies have.

all of the Auto Repairers involved only had 14 days to get 15 cars ready to hand over the victims of the bendigo and readesdale fires, they went to great lengths to not only roadworthy the cars and reach the dates for the hand over of the cars but to make sure these cars would last for a long time.

Borough tyers and Beaurepaires and Jax Quickfit Tires handed over tyres for nearly all of the cars between them,

Epson car part recycles and Central Autos donated thousands of dollars in second hand parts Bonds and R & J Batterys replaces and donated batterys for every car involved.

windscreen City and windscreens Obrian, Nova windscreens in ballarat replaced ten windscreens between them.

The Garages Cliff Doherty, Nolan street Autos, Lou Owen, Dyno Tune, in wood street, Mcphersons auto services, Briggs automotive, Roger Hall, in Marong, H & T Webster, Doug Neilson, Greg Boyd autos, Kol Krahe Automotive, Sherlock Autos these guys spent hours repairing and roadworthying these cars, at no cost they were as dedicated as they are with paying customers.
they put their hearts and souls into these cars under great pressure trying to get their clients cars done as well as the donated cars.

Phillips Auto elects, Ray at recycar not only donated time towing cars for us but when we couldn’t find a part he supplied it from his own collection, Sherlock Autos

Natrad and twitts radiators, RMH group cylinder Testing and Repairs, all of these dedicated men and women worked hard and around the clock without a single complaint from anyone.
The Bendigo Advertiser ran with the story so that we could get the cars.
Bendigo vic roads made my life simple with free permits to move the unregistered cars with out fees they bent over backwards to help me in anyway they could.

Klfm what can I say they were great the team worked with me all of the way playing ads Pam donated a car and kept in touch along with hidie then there is the public in which all of this could not have happed I thank Everyone that has come on board
The 12 of cars will be handed over on this Saturday with the rest being handed over as soon as they are available within the next few days This has been no easy task for anybody involved everyone has been working to reach an impossible dead line under extreme circumstances, we are only help a few in the big picture of things and we have not forgotten all of the people that were involved in black Saturday.

from Geoff pearson klfm and all of the people involved in this our hearts and thoughts are with you and remember you are not on your own this involves our whole community red Cross the council and all the other volunteer groups are just waiting on your call to help in anyway they can all you have to do is pick up the phone.
